Thank you for your interest in 2025 Sankofa Pilgrimage with the Office for World Mission to Ghana from August 7-22, 2025. You can use this page to make credit card payments for the trip cost.
Pilgrimage Costs (Subject to final airfare costs)
Single Occupancy $4,700
Double Occupancy $4,000 (two people per room with twin beds limited in some Ghana hotels)
Package Includes- Roundtrip airfare from U.S. departure point to Ghana*Transportation to U.S. departure point will be coordinated at a later date at an additional cost.

Required for Entry- Passport valid for up to six months after return (March 2026)
- Proof of COVID Vaccination or if unvaccinated must have proof of a negative COVID test within 48 hours from departure.
- Proof of Yellow Fever Vaccination
- Ghanaian Visa (The Visa will be processed through the Mission Office. Check, cash, or money order are acceptable forms of payment.)

- Multiple Entry 5-year Visa $100 plus shipping/ret. postage USPS or FED-EX- currently $29.95)
*Please Note: Visa is non-transferable. If requesting multiple entry, make sure your passport is valid through 2030 at least.
Payment Due Dates: In order to pay for the tickets and other costs incurred while setting up the trip and to help with your budgeting, we have set up a payment schedule. A payment of at least the amount listed is due by each date below (you are always welcome to pay more and/or before the due date).
*Note that payments made for this trip, whether for you or someone else, are NOT tax-deductible under current tax law.
*If you are paying for someone other than yourself, please be sure to indicate their name in the trip participant field.
